Danish Guidance Note on Health and Development launched.

Guidance Note on Health and Development is now available. On November 24, 2009, the technical advisory services of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched the new ‘Health and Development: A Guidance Note to Danish Development Assistance to Help'. This note will inform and inspire Danish support to the health sector as well as to research for health in the forseable future. at an informal meeting with people from the resource base. The 25 pages note has a five page annex on ‘Danida and research for health' seeking to describe how Danida will navigate in a changing development aid landscape with regards to health. Resource persons from Enreca Health were engaged in the development of the note in two background groups on health and on research for health respectively. The note is now available in hard copy and should also soon be made available at Danida Development Forum.
