FFU approves new projects
19 new research projects -either individual PhDs or larger research projects- have been approved in June 2010 by FFU. One of the larger research projects were on health : Sustainable Latrine Services for the Urban Poor in Ghana (SUSLAS-Ghana) which is based at ISIM at University of Copenhagen.
The other projects are divided between 'Climate, Energy and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources', 'Agriculture, Growth and Sustainable Development' and 'Fragile states, Conflict and Civil Society'. The health project is the only one in the so-called category 'Other'.
See description of the Ghana project at ENRECA archive on research projects.
