Educational afternoon

Cross-Over arranges an educational afternoon where Attorney Poul Roepstorff will talk about his experience in working with asylum seekers who for health reasons are applying for permission to stay in Denmark.

Cross-Over works with people with other ethnic background than Danish. The organisation is experiencing more and more often the harsh realities of asylum seekers who, for health reasons, are applying for permission to stay in Denmark on humanitarian grounds. In spite of doctors' recommendations, however, people in this situation are being sent out of the country. Attorney Poul Roepstorff, who also works on a volunteer basis, will come and talk about his experiences with such cases.

All are welcome. A light snack is served. The presentation will be in English but Danish translation can be provided. There will be plenty of room for discussion.
