Board and Executive Committee
Enreca Health benefits from active and competent Board and Executive Committee that provide facilitative leadership. The Board meets at least two times a year, the Executive Committee more frequently. Between meetings, the members are consulted electronically. The work of the Board and the Executive Committee is guided by the Statues of the Network as well as by the Standing Orders. The statutes were endorsed at the General Assembely on 3 November 2004 and revised at teh General Assembly on 30 May 2007.

The Board, elected by the General Assembly, is authorised to approve and table amendments to applications from the partipants. Furthermore, the Board makes principal decisions concerning the basis for the Network's activities and sets out guidelines for future activities. The leader of the institution hosting the Network is assigned the Chairman of the Board.
The Executive Committee is composed of a maximum of seven Board members and is meeting on a regular basis to oversee the on-going activities of the Network.
In addition to the regular meetings with the Executive Committee and the Board, the Network Secretariat facilitates an annual General Assembly.
